Brahmi Leaves-250 gms
Chana dal-1 tbsp
Tamarind -small size
Coriander leaves-5 sprigs
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard,urad dal, curry leaves
- Once they spluttered,add chana dal, garlic and shallots and saute it
- Add red chillies, tamarind and brahmi leaves and cook for few mins.
- Add coconut pieces and coriander leaves and saute it.
- Add the mixture to a blender and make a fine paste
- Add tadka to it while serving.
- Serve it with idli or dosa/roti.
