Salt to taste
- Peel and grate the carrots and radish and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Once they splutter, add green chillies,grated carrot and grated radish and sauté it.
- Add turmeric powder, hing, salt and stir it well.
- Cook it for 5 mins in a low flame.
- Serve it hot with rice and rotis.
