Fried Anchovies – Anchovies fry indian recipe – Ingredients
Dry Fish-250 gms
Chilli powder-1/4 tsp(optional)
Salt to taste
Nethili Fish fry – Netholi fry – Preparation method:
Wash and clean the anchovies in the warm water by soaking it for few mins.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and green chillies.
Add turmeric powder and salt.
Add anchovies fish and sauté it.
Cook it for 15 mins in a low flame.
Sprinkle chilli powder.
Serve it hot with rice.
