Mixed vegetables-1 cup
Soy sauce -2tbsp
Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
Cooked Rice-1 Cup
- Whisk the eggs,finely chop the spring onions and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the rice. Spread out the rice so it all heats through, and then toss until coated well with the oil.
- Remove the rice and heat two tablespoon of oil, add the eggs cook and stirring it until its get scrambled
- Remove the eggs,heat oil in a pan add mixed vegetables and cook it for few minutes.
- Add the fried rice, eggs and mix it well.
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir it well so that its evenly mixed.
- Add the spring onions and serve it hot.
