Traditional Fish Fry

Grandma fish fry


King Fish – 500 gms

Chilli powder-2 tsp

Turmeric-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil to fry


 For the DD masala

Garlic cloves-5

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Pepper-1/2 tsp

Preparation method:

  1. Take a bowl mix the ingredients with DD spices.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix it well.
  3. Add fish and apply the masala evenly to the fish.
  4. Marinate it for 1 hr.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add fish few at a time.
  6. Fry it until it turns to golden brown
  7. Serve it hot
