Fish Fry – Fish Fry Indian Style – Scrambled fish- is one of my favorite dish. it is very delicious and easy to prepare and very very healthy dish.The scrambled fish or fish puttu prepared using Kerala cuisine method. Cooking in coconut oil gives more taste to the fish.Coconut can be added, named as fish thoran. This is my version of cooking. It can prepared using very less spices and less oil. The fish boiled and stir fried with onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic., I have done 22 types of fish recipes and fish fry. you can watch the recipe videos in my site.Cooking in a slow flame for 15 mins will gives more taste to the fish.

King Fish – 500 gms
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
For the Saute:
Ginger thumb size-1
For the tempering:
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
- Boil the fish with turmeric and salt.
- Filter it and peel, clean the cooked flesh.
- Smash it gently like a grated fish.
- Heat oil in a pan, add tempering spices.
- Once they splutter, add chopped onions, green chillies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and sauté it.
- Add the grated fish, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix it gently.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
