Green chillies-8

Garlic cloves-2

Coconut-5 slices

Tamarind-lemon size

Ginger-1 inch

Curry leaves-1 sprig

Coriander leaves-1 sprig


For the tadka: optional

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Urad dal-1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Curry leaves

Preparation method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add the ingredients and sauté it.
  2. Once it done, add it to blender, add salt and make a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add tempering spices.
  4. Once they splutter, add ground paste and cook until oil floast on top.
  5. Serve it with idli or dosa.
