Ingredients:

Fish – 500 gms

Chilli powder-2 tsp

Turmeric-1/2 tsp

Cumin powder-1/2tsp

Garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Ginger paste -1/2tsp

Lemon juice-1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil to fry


Preparation method:

  1. Wash and clean the fish steaks.
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste,salt and lemon juice.
  3. Apply the masala evenly to the fish.
  4. Marinate it for 1 hr.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add fish steaks few at a time.
  6. Cook it in a low flame for 12 mins.
  7. Fry it until it turns to golden brown.
  8. Serve it hot with salad.
