Fish – 500 gms
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Ginger paste -1/2tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
- Wash and clean the fish steaks.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste,salt and lemon juice.
- Apply the masala evenly to the fish.
- Marinate it for 1 hr.
- Heat oil in a pan and add fish steaks few at a time.
- Cook it in a low flame for 12 mins.
- Fry it until it turns to golden brown.
- Serve it hot with salad.
