Cream -250 ml
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
- Heat butter in a pan add chopped onions. cook it until softened.
- Add garlic and mushrooms. Saute it for 5 mins.
- Add water and cook it for few mins.
- Add cream stir it gently. cook it in a low flame for 3 mins.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve it hot.
