Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For the Sauté:
Green chillies-2 medium
- Heat oil in a pan adds onions and green chillies and fry it.
- Add whisked eggs, turmeric, crushed pepper and salt.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves cook it For the 2 mins. Flip it gently.
- Serve it hot.
