Ingredients

Plantain stem-5tsp

Green chillies-1

Salt to taste

 

For the Coconut Paste:

Coconut-1/2

Cumin seeds-1 pinch

Green chillies-2

Ginger- small cube

Yougurt-250gms

Mustard-1/4 tsp

 

For the tadka/tempering:

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Red chillies-2

Curry leaves-2 spring

Coconut oil


  • Prepare the coconut paste using a blender.
  • Boil the plantain stem cubes with green chillies, salt, turmeric and filter it.
  • Add coconut paste to the papaya and mix it well.
  • Heat cocnut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Once they splutter, add it to the mixture.
