Salt to taste
For the Coconut Paste:
Cumin seeds-1 pinch
Ginger- small cube
For the tadka/tempering:
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-2 spring
- Prepare the coconut paste using a blender.
- Boil the plantain stem cubes with green chillies, salt, turmeric and filter it.
- Add coconut paste to the papaya and mix it well.
- Heat cocnut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
- Once they splutter, add it to the mixture.
