Valathandu -1 cup
Dal water-1/2 cup
Garlic crushed-1/4 tsp
Ginger crushed-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste.
1. Boil the stems with salt and turmeric.
2. Once they cook ¾ add dal water, buttermilk, chopped tomatoes, green chillies and boil it.
3. Add peppercorns, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander leaves and allow boiling for few mins in a simmer.
4. Add fresh coriander, serve it hot.
