It can prepared in two different ways, less spicy and less oil, more spicy and more oil.Fish fry is prepared with basic ingredients chilli powder, cumin ,turmeric and salt. if you prefer healthy recipe pan fry is the best option. If you prefer spicy hot and crispy then deep fry method is suitable. Increasing chilli powder levels will make the recipe to lies between mild and hot , according to individual preferences. The marination gives more juicy taste to the fish. Pomfret Fish – 500 gms
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
- Wash and clean the fish steaks.
- Add chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric and salt
- Apply the masala evenly to the fish.
- Marinate it for 1 hr.
- Heat oil in a pan and add fish steaks few at a time.
- Cook it in a low flame for 12 mins.
- Fry it until it turns to golden brown.
- Serve it hot with salad.
