Curry leaves-1 sprig

Red chillies-8


Garlic cloves-5

Tamarind-aamla size

Coriander leaves-1 sprig

Rock Salt


For the tadka:

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Urad dal-1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Curry leaves

Sesame oil

Preparation mehod

  1. Heat oil in pan, add the ingredients and sauté it.
  2. Once it done, add it to blender, add salt and make a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add temepering spices.
  4. Once they splutter, add the ground apste and cook until oil floats on top.
  5. Serve it with rice or roti.
