Ingredients:

Potato-500gms

Turmeric-1/2 tsp

Hing-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil

 

For the paste:

Fennel seeds-2 tsp

Cumin seeds-11/2 tsp

Garlic cloves-10

Red chillies-5


 

Preparation method:

Boil, and peel the baby potatoes.Keep it as a whole, no need to cut it.

Add the spices in blender and make it as fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan add ground paste and sauté it.

Add turmeric, hing and salt.

Add the baby potatoes and fry it.

Sprinkle oil now and then to get a fine roast.

Fry it For the 10 mins in medium flame.

Dry roast it until it turns to golden brown .

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with roti or rice.
