For the Tadka:
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-2 spring
- Fry the Onions, tomatoes and green chillies in a pan with a drop of oil.
- Add it to a blender and make a fine paste by adding water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves
- Once they splutter add it to the chutney, add salt.
- Serve it with hot idly or dosa.
