Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute it.
- Add the chopped potatoes and cook until its softened.
- Add the seasoning and stir it well.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl add the potato mixture and stir it well.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture spreading evenly and cook it in a low flame.
- Once it cooked,set a large plate over the skillet and carefully invert onto the plate.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
