Veg Fried RIce

chinese veg fried rice


Mixed vegetables-1 cup
Red/Yellow pepper-1
Soy sauce -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Spring Onions-3
Cooked Rice-1 Cup

Preparation method

  1. Finely chop the spring onions and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the rice. Spread out the rice so it all heats through, and then toss until coated well with the oil.
  3. Remove the rice and heat two tablespoon of oil, add the onions and cook it until its get softened
  4. Add mixed vegetables,peppers and cook it for few minutes.
  5. Add the fried rice, mix it well.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir it well so that its evenly mixed.
  7. Add the spring onions and serve it hot.
